Live near Mandarah and ordered $520 Samsung watch online for my husbands Birthday, parcel arrived with a 6 pack of Aluminium bbq trays??? Paula was most helpful on the phone however "the boys at the top" were very slow off the mark leaving us to pick up ourselves from Bussellton. As it happens we had ventured on a 4 day break to Dunsborough so it's back up the highway today, Birthday yesterday. Presuming my postage cost paid for the trays???

Visited the Bunbury store yesterday. Had a charming young man named Dylan help me with an issue converting my tv into a smart tv and also assisting with a dongle. So refreshing to have such a knowledgeable and helpful young man help me. Well done Retravision and thank you Dylan.

Was served by a young lady who told me it was her first day on the job, she did a fantastic job and was very polite and positive. I bought a cake mixer and we will definitely go back for the wonderful service

We went into to buy a hisence tv payed for it after waiting half an hour in the waiting lounge the tv had gone missing staff went above and beyond and beyond to find another tv which was more expensive however they where more than happy to sell the more expensive tv at no extra cost as well as free delivery thank you very much

I've been through with my Dad who has bought a number of times in the last few months. Each visit has been fantastic. The service is prompt, friendly, informative and patient. The café is a nice touch and only adds to the atmosphere of the place. They've consistently been able to offer the best deals and I'm sure will continue to win our family's business. Highly recommended.
